New Old Stock Hub Cap. What I have up for sale is an original NOS (New Old Stock) 1960 Chrysler Imperial LeBaron Hubcap. This Hubcap was acquired many years ago while I was on a relentless scavenger hunt to find as many NOS parts for my restoration project on my 1960 Chrysler Imperial LeBaron. If I remember correctly, less than 600 of these cars were produced with most of them ultimately ending up in the scrap yard. To the best of my knowledge, less than 20 of these cars still exist and either are in the process of a full body frame off restoration or perhaps a few have finally been restored in full.

These hubcaps were made exclusively for the LeBaron and have been considered one of the rarest NOS Chrysler Hubcaps to find in the world! Sadly, the person restoring this car was a compulsive liar and gave up on the project many years ago. As of now, this car sits disassembled and will need to be started all over from scratch for simply sitting too long.

I did manage over the years to find a few other interesting NOS items for this car like the emblem badges, a resonator and even had a pair of tail lights custom built by George Laurie over in Australia. Other than that, I'm not really sure what I would like to do with the rest of the car. The floor pans are completely rusted and needs to be replaced.

I've got good news! My name is Drake and I have been a collector of Sports Cards since 1982. But before I was collecting Baseball cards I used to love collecting old US stamps when I was in grade school. I remember a really cool hobby shop that dealt in various US and foreign stamps back at that time and it was truly a great experience for me. Unfortunately, none of my friends collected stamps so one day a friend of mine named Mark offered to trade me his entire baseball card collection for my stamp collection.... I pretty much got ripped off but that ended up becoming my starting point for collecting cards. Over the years as a teenager I was able to accumulate a super card collection and I ended up with the finest collection by just my Sophomore year in High School. After getting out of collecting for nearly 5 years I decided to start back up in 1991. Through the 1990's I owned and operated several card shops down here in Corpus Christi, Texas before finally settling on just one store that continues to operate to this very day. I hope you have enjoyed this hobby as much as I have for most of my life.
