The figure stands raised on a rectangular base painted with gold leaf and portrays the emperor standing wearing a night gown with his royal crest to the lower edge and being admired to either side by two attendants. The emperor wears his crown while the attendants are dressed period costume and hand painted in grey and brown with white elements. The figures rest on a raised pedestal behind with a cloth draped over the pedestal. The figure has printed and painted marks on the base and has a year code dating the piece between 1975 and 1979.
