Creed Royal Scottish Lavender 2.5oz. Eau de Toilette vaulted testeur Lot: CH22C06.

Authentic collectible for continued aging or to wear and love! Exactly as IS when brought into my collection 2007 (the ink stamping on the front of the bottle smeared when I transferred it out of its cozy storage to take pics for this listing). Partial lot number in ink (very delicate) on the underside of the bottle. Starts CH22C with 2 additional ink characters that are smudged - (the 06 is smudged).

I had 2 of these join my. Collection at the same time.

There is a small chip in the front lower bottle right under the 2.5 fluid ounce marking. This bottle is for the lover of this fragrance. It can continue to mature which it will do beautifully or, it can be worn.

As an exquisite scent for spring, summer - promoting tranquility and calmness. If you are familiar with Creed, and it's modern history, then you know that markings (lot#s, names on testers and live retail product) on each bottle and box have evolved and changed several times over the last 2 to 3 decades, trying to keep ahead of the gray market. Unfortunately ink stamp didn't work because it rubbed off with a mere touch.

Royal Scottish Lavender by Creed is a Unisex Aromatic Fougere fragrance launched in 1856. The nose behind this fragrance is James Henry Creed. It is one of Creed's very few Eau de Toilette creations. Top notes are Bergamot and Citruses; middle note is Lavender; base notes are Sandalwood, Spices and Vanille.

Inspired by Balmoral Castle in Scotland-a favorite get-away for British lords and ladies-Royal Scottish Lavender was first made more than 100 years ago. This fragrance offers a touch of country calm and the memory of highlands lavender surrounding the Castle. The heart of lavender is toped by citruses and bergamot, laid on a base of vanilla, sandalwood and spicy notes. Royal scottish lavender is currently vaulted and not available at retail for public consumption.
