No damage or wear or tear to case or disc. My mom got this as a white elephant gift back in 2017. It's been sitting in the bag she got it in since then.

Until the other day when she found it out the blue and decided perhaps she would take up video games as a hobby. Face palm she ripped open the plastic and realized she doesn't have anything to play it on.

Obviously she was horrified when she realized how much that diminished the value just in that moment. But her loss, your gain. So the disc and game are in completely new condition, just no seal. I attached a picture of the verification that codes weren't used. Founders code and storm master weapon packs. Essentially you get what you see. A brand new, rare Fortnite physical disc for PS4, both codes unused. But basically half off because she ripped off the seal.
