All items paid for after 4pm on Friday or on Saturday or on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays). This does not affect your statutory rights. Each item comes with it's own Certificate(s) of Authenticity. The Certificates reinforce the lengths that we've gone to make your jewellery feel special whether it's from our Welsh Gold Collections or from our Designer Collections.

Your Certificate of Authenticity will give you all the information you need to know about your jewellery, watch or giftware. Are your products genuine Clogau? We are Clogau, we operate in the Clogau head office in Bodelwyddan North Wales. If an item says "new with defects" it isn't quite 100% perfect - please read the actual listing for more information - but it is still a really high standard and if you look at our feedback you will see all our customers are delighted with the items they receive, especially for the price they have paid.

When will my item be posted? When can I expect to receive my item? Can I collect this item in person? We work from a secure premise and cannot permit customer collection under any circumstances.

The certificate is a small white certificate which unfolds and may sometimes be in the lid of the ring box. I ordered the wrong ring size or have received the wrong ring size. My item is faulty or you have sent me the wrong item. Do your lockets or pendants come with a chain? Yes, all our pendants and lockets come on a chain unless specified otherwise.

Can you contact me when an item I want comes into stock? Unfortunately, we can't contact customers when a certain item comes in because we get too many requests and just simply can't keep records of who wants what. We add new items nearly every day, so hopefully the item you are after comes in soon. We cannot offer cash on collection.
