RARE Mamoli Royal Louis First Rate French Vessel - 1780. New Condition - Pictures show unopened packages and trays of parts. Has been stored and no attempt to assemble. Minimal wear on box from storage.

One tray has split edge, no damage to parts. The Royal Louis was a 3-deck vessel with 120 guns. Her captain was a Squadron Admiral. She was one of the most powerful first-rank vessels belonging to the French Royal Navy at the time. The Mamoli Royal Louis kit features a Double planked hull construction using lime and walnut strips, pre cut frames and keel, deck planked in tanganyika, fittings made from brass, walnut, boxwood, and beech, wooden masts and spars, cast stern and quarter galleries, brass cannon barrels, rigging cord and silk flags. Full size plan sheets and a multi language instruction manual. There are 8 large plan sheets and 3 extra large with detailed instructions. This is an exceptional kit!
