This Buckingham Place Limited Edition Tray has been commissioned specially by the Royal Collection to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo. The design shows the Coat of Arms of the Duke of Wellington surrounded by a garland of laurel, which represents victory, and the leaves of the British oak, a popular patriotic symbol. The banner underneath the Arms which reads as. VIRTUTIS FORTUNA COMES, most commonly translates as FORTUNE FAVOURS THE BRAVE.

Hand made in Staffordshire, England using the same traditional methods which have remained unchanged for 250 years, each piece is finished using 22 carat burnished gold. Number 325 of a Limited Edition of 500. Presented in a bespoke gift box, this Limited Edition Tray is a magnificent keepsake commemorating a historic event.
