This cabochon doesn't disappoint with it's extremely rare'turtleback' patterning and flawless complexion. What makes this Greenstone extra unique is that the turtleback patterning varies from small to large radials.
Chlorastrolite is the the scientific name for these bluish green stones, however they are commonly known as "Isle Royale Greenstone" as that is the island where they were first discovered. The location is now highly protected and no Greenstones are allowed to be removed from there. All of our Greenstones are ethically & legally obtained from inland source. The total weight of this beauty is just under 1g.
